Life Line Screening
The Shady Hills Family Center will host Life Line Screening tests on Tuesday, December 02, 2008.
These tests are provided by Life Line Screening, which is a company not affiliated with either the church or the Family Center.
These tests are sponsored by the Heart Institute at R.M.C. Bayonet Point
Pre-Registration is required. Please call Denise Watson at 1-727-856-2948 to pre-register
These four tests are available:- Stroke Screening / Carotid Artery
- Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening
- Peripheral Arterial Disease Screening
- Osteoporosis Screening
The cost of all four screenings is $129.
According the flyer that announces these tests, Medicare does not cover this cost.
